A tech had a minor incident backing my pickup. Matt Murdock contacted my wife immediately and promised he’d take care of it. I spoke to him myself and he said they’d replace the bumper and brackets a Murdock contacted my wife immediately and promised he’d take care of it. I spoke to him myself and he said they’d replace the bumper and brackets and had already ordered a replacement. Matt came to my work to pick up my truck so I wouldn’t have to miss work then brought it back. Very impressed with the service and Matt. As much as I wanted to be mad Matt handled everything so I had no cause to. Great GREAT service. More
