The sales manager was less than fun to deal with. Dru was amazing and pretty much the only reason I'm doing this survey. Was told the truck was an eight speed which isn't even offered on the model I've was amazing and pretty much the only reason I'm doing this survey. Was told the truck was an eight speed which isn't even offered on the model I've requested numerous times to not get the survey requests thru texts etc. Yet they still come. You guys wrecked the truck when I came back for the Def. Still haven't had follow up on that and other than Dru doing a follow-up on the survey. More

Not a good experience. I got the extended warranty and was told my vehicle was covered front to back with any issues. With-in a day my windshield started cracking from the far side of the drivers side inw was told my vehicle was covered front to back with any issues. With-in a day my windshield started cracking from the far side of the drivers side inward. Nothing hit my windshield, I believe it must of had a small crack in it when I purchased it so when I closed the driver side door a couple times the impact caused it start cracking inward. I was never told about a separate windshield warranty only that I was covered with anything front to back. They were not willing to help and informed me that it was just "bad luck". More
