My day is always better when he is at the dealership. He also gets things done right and in a timely manner. He takes great care of the customers! I just hope that the dealership takes great care of him. I rated the price as one because I have never paid for service as it has all been recall work. The one star on price is due to the high number of recalls and me having to sit around on a Saturday Morning about every other month to correct a recall. I say most employees are friendly because not all the employees are friendly. I have had two sales guys, during my first and second visits to the dealership, (which is the "set a precedence" visits), and they were both very rude. The one guy gave me and my vehicle very unfriendly glares and acted stuck up. The other guy talked to me in a disrespectful way, it was like if I wasn't going to buy a brand new vehicle from the lot he just wanted nothing to do with me and had no further intention on helping me. Cecil and a few others from service are the people that keep me coming back to the dealership. More

Terrible experience I was told since this place had new ownership to give them a chance...worst mistake ever!! Couldn’t get to my Jeep right away so I was without a vehic I was told since this place had new ownership to give them a chance...worst mistake ever!! Couldn’t get to my Jeep right away so I was without a vehicle for awhile. Then was told if warranty didn’t cover the problem I would have to pay 135 for them just to look at it. Of course it wasn’t covered so I had to pay 160 for some reason when picking it up. Then was told it would be 3000 to fix it. My fiancé brought it home and ended up fixing it in 2 hours and cost 14.00 in parts. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! More

This visit was no different, I had a very big problem that the dealership in Laramie was unwilling to submit to warranty. I fought with both snowy range dodge and Chrysler directly for about two weeks. Neither were willing to solve the issue. When I contacted Cowboy dodge they were extremely friendly and understanding. They made an appointment for my truck to get looked at and arranged a rental at no cost to me. After about a week my truck was fixed and I was out the door with everything covered under warranty. The only cost to myself was the oil change I asked them to do and the fuel in the rental. More
