Always looking out for me I have been taking my Tiguan for service to Bozzani from day one. I usually deal with Charles but all of the service techs are friendly and extremely I have been taking my Tiguan for service to Bozzani from day one. I can call them even with a silly question, but they answer all of questions regarding my vehicle and never think that what I am asking is unimportant. Be it annual service or a weird noise coming from the engine compartment, I call Bozzani Volkswagen because they're so friendly and always so accommodating. I typically am afforded the opportunity to use a loaner car, and the service advisors always keep me up to date on my VW's status and what it's estimated service time is. For short service visits, Bozzani provides a courtesy shuttle that I usually take to the nearby mall. Check out Bozzani VW and you'll understand why I drive 30 miles to bring my car here. More
