On Tuesday 12-4-12 I went to the dealer to get a head lamp on my 2012 VW Passat fixed. I spoke to Reuben Sandoval, he did not have the part in stock and told me it would be in on Thursday 12-6-12. Great service and friendly people. Our Tiguan had it's 40k mile service and it was done in a timely matter and we had a very good overall experience. As with anything the cost seemed a little high. We talked to some other friends with a Volkswagen and they take their vehicle to a certified Volkswagen Mechanic. And their 40k service was a lot less expensive. So I want to feel good about bring ours to the dealer, but if we can get the same service at a lesser cost we might go with that for our 50k. More
