This is the best VW dealership in Southern California, by far. I have had troubles at others but this dealership is fair with prices and exceptional with customer service. I keep coming back because Jesse is AWESOME and Bozzani's service dept. always takes great care of my car. I love browsing and checking out the new cars when dropping off my Beetle for service and the sales people are great about answering questions, even knowing that I'm just browsing and not ready to make a purchase.
