Samantha (sales) and Jerry (sales manager) were great to deal with. I had one little problem with my TDI and they both jumped through hoops to correct it. Edgar is an amazing salesmen. He greeted us in the lot with a friendly smile, and enthusiasm. You can tell that Edgar loves what he does. He did not try to sucker me into buying an expensive car that I di with a friendly smile, and enthusiasm. You can tell that Edgar loves what he does. He did not try to sucker me into buying an expensive car that I didn't need; he was VERY honest and straight-forward. I was looking at the VW Jetta GLI with him. He let me test drive this baby. I was surprised to hear him asking more questions about me than about making his sale. I came out of Bozanni with a better perspective on VW, and a new friend. I will come back again, and ONLY ask for Edgar. His quality of work exceeds any other sales consultants my friend and I have seen in the last few months. More
