Being that I had a great experience in the past, Bozzani Volkswagen was my first choice when looking to trade and buy a used car. Rick, the fleet manager assured me that he would check surrounding dealers and even wrote my email address down to send me updates of vehicles that may become available in the future. To say I was impressed would be a lie. This exceptional level of service and dedication to customer satisfaction is to be expected from a dealer that has been in business for over 100 years and it is also what brought me back in to visit. For this reason I also choose Bozzani to service my vehicle, even though I live nearest to two other VW dealers. They are quick to schedule a convienant drop off time( even saturdays) offer me a ride home, correct any current recalls, and perform the work on or before the promised time. Seeing as how I have purchased a vehicle from Bozzani in the past and will again in the future, I recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used car and excellent service. Well worth the drive. Samantha Urie was the best and the most aggressive salesperson I ever meet, as well as the management, they had work out the best deal out of all other local dealers on the new Golf TDI for me. The day before I closed my deal with Bozzani, I made a phone call and visit them right away, they got me the quote for the vehicle which I wanted and able to trade it from other dealer (out of LA region area) without transportation fee. As a consumer, I tried to call to other nearby dealers for a change of getting a better deal, eventually, none of them could beat the price from Bozzani. Including back-and-forth phone calls, locating the vehicle, signing documents, and drive-off my Golf TDI, it's approximately 4 hours. The time I had spend in this process with Bozzani was unbelievable quick! More

He never was pushy to sell the car ,as the other dealers were.I knew the sticker price was the best deal around because i did my homework.So i agreed to buy the car.Now this is where the pressure comes ,when you meet the Fiance manager (Mark Arana)and sign the papers.
