I recently went to Bozzani Volkswagen for my 10,000 mile check up. From the time I arrived until I left I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. I was interested in the posted pictures of Bozzani which showed the story of how the company started and was successful and grew to be what it is today. Rueben Sandoval was very knowledgeable and proud to share of the companies success.Time went so fast and before I know it my car was ready. They went out of their way to make sure I went home in my sparkly V.W. Passat SE. I felt safe driving off in my car knowing that it had been in the hands of professionals who took pride in their company. Had an overall great experience in buying our first VW. Samantha was extremely knowledgable about the cars and they worked hard to meet the price we needed. I had gotten about every mile possible out of the car I was driving and I was long overdue to replace it. My son had purchased a used Jetta from Byron not too long ago and had a very pleasant experience. was driving and I was long overdue to replace it. We found a car that seemed right and Byron worked very hard at getting the best deal for me. In the end the car was not what I needed so I asked Byron to check into leasing a Jetta for me. He took all of my information and began to work on it for me. Due to a fixed income and some past problems I was skeptical that this could work, but lo and behold Byron came back to me with an offer. We were very close to what I could afford so Byron got Angel Ruiz involved to see if we could finalize a deal. I was asked what I needed to make me happy and I told them. Byron and Angel were able to get me a great trade in offer and worked hard to get the deal I wanted. I was thrilled!! I have not had a new car since 1986!! I love my new Jetta and I cannot recomend this dealer and Byron enough. The next car we get will be from Bozani. Duane Pravica More

I have a 2007 VW Jetta and I didn't know I had locking lugnuts on my wheels. I purchased tires at a store only to find out that they couldn't get the lugnuts off. I contacted Bozzani to see if I c locking lugnuts on my wheels. I purchased tires at a store only to find out that they couldn't get the lugnuts off. I contacted Bozzani to see if I could purchase a key to unlock them- they are 50 dollars online. The service person told me to come in and they would take them off for free and if I wanted, I could just get regular nuts to replace them. I went in and they took them off and replaced them with nuts that were only 20 dollars. They refused to charge me for service even though they did all the work. I was so impressed that I went back to get an oil change and some minor repair work on my car. They noticed I have a slow oil leak on a connection to another part, but informed me that it wasn't serious and I should wait until more work needed to be done in that area, since many parts would need to be disconnected and it would be expensive to repair. They SAVED me money by being honest and letting me know that it could wait until something else needed to be done. I have never had service so fast, respectful and honest. They even washed and detailed my car for free after the service! They have made me a lifelong customer because they go above and beyond what a dealership usually does to retain clientele. More
