I was originally referred to Bozzani because of my zip code, but was not sure which dealership I was actually going to visit, as there are several in my area. I talked to my neighbor and he swore by Bozzani, saying they treated them great and gave them the best deal. So, I said what the heck, since he recommended Bozzani so highly, I thought I'd go ahead and give them a chance to earn my business, and BOY did they ever! My salesman Byron Garriques was a great guy, he let me take a couple of test drives as I was unsure and needed more road time. He did not rush me, explained everything about my Passat, and answered all of my questions. He was a sheer pleasure to deal with! The finance team was top knotch, can't thank them enough! Put me at ease and the whole experience of leasing the Passat was the best I've ever had (and I lease different brands every 3 years including Jaguar and BMW). This is my 4th VW (jetta, beetle, touareg and now passat)and I won't go anywhere else but Bozzani. Trust me when I say, other dealerships and staff are not like this one. Bought a 2012 Touareg from the dealership May 2012. Have serviced it twice since then - currently 21,000 miles.
