Taking my vehicle for servicing has always been a good experience. Scheduling is very convenient. For two months I struggled with the "malfunction light" on, took it five times in, quite stressful, but experience. Scheduling is very convenient. I've been mostly helped by Mr. Santos, he's very helpful, pleasant and makes sure customers are taken care of. I had gotten about every mile possible out of the car I was driving and I was long overdue to replace it. My son had purchased a used Jetta from Byron not too long ago and had a very pleasant experience. was driving and I was long overdue to replace it. My son had purchased a used Jetta from Byron not too long ago and had a very pleasant experience. This experience brought us back to Bozzani and Byron to look for an older used car for me. We found a car that seemed right and Byron worked very hard at getting the best deal for me. In the end the car was not what I needed so I asked Byron to check into leasing a Jetta for me. He took all of my information and began to work on it for me. Due to a fixed income and some past problems I was skeptical that this could work, but lo and behold Byron came back to me with an offer. We were very close to what I could afford so Byron got Angel Ruiz involved to see if we could finalize a deal. I was asked what I needed to make me happy and I told them. Byron and Angel were able to get me a great trade in offer and worked hard to get the deal I wanted. I was thrilled!! I have not had a new car since 1986!!
