I bought my Volkswagon at a different dealership but bring my car to this dealership for all maintenance and work. I have found the service team to be very helpful and informative. I work close to the dealership so it is very convenient to drop off my car and I always pick it up washed and vacuumed. I think prices tend to be a little high (although I have nothing to compare it too since this is my first volkswagon car) but I subscribe to their email list and always bring a coupon. I know my car is being taken care of when I bring it here. More

In early September, I began experiencing intermittent In early September, I began experiencing intermittent engine and transmission trouble with the certified pre owned 2010 CC which I purchased from B In early September, I began experiencing intermittent engine and transmission trouble with the certified pre owned 2010 CC which I purchased from Bozzani back in April. After careful diagnosis, it was determined that the engine and clutch pack would need to be replaced…the car had barely 50K miles on it and I was shocked! But, Charles assuaged my fears and explained that he had received authorization to replace the parts under warranty. Charles assured me that everything would be taken care of and, in a courteous and professional manner, took great care of me every step of the way! I was provided with a very nice loaner vehicle and given regular updates by Charles on the status of the vehicle and the projected completion date. This major work was completed in a relatively short period of time and I couldn’t be more pleased…it practically drives like a brand new vehicle. I am grateful to Bozzani for standing behind their product and employing caring and qualified people like Charles Liautaud to deliver quality customer service. More
For Customer Service, this is the Best A+ dealership around. October 2011, we purchased the new body style Bug and (I believe) with any "1st year" revamping a classic there maybe a few issues. Well, our around. October 2011, we purchased the new body style Bug and (I believe) with any "1st year" revamping a classic there maybe a few issues. Well, ours was with paint. Specifically where the fender meets the bumper in front and back of the car. This was a factory issue BUT unfortunately this wasn't an issue that was resolved with 1 visit. For the 1st. several months, our Bug was in/out of the shop total of +/- 30 days due to the paint problem. I believe it was David Kelsey that had placed a request into management to compensate us 1 month payment which we received. Also, at our request, we asked to have an appointment made to have the 3M clear protection since the vender came to the dealership and Bonzzani decided to pick up the tab on that as well without us asking. Also please know that during all this time, a rental car was provided and when there wasn't a car on the lot, they would rent one for us. Charles Liautaud was my primary service rep during this time and he was clear to us with explanations of what was going on and timeline of how long any 1 incident would take especially when dealing with paint issues. We are blessed to have several cars and various brands and by far Bonzzani best them all. Thank you, More
