They told me if I wanted the car I would have to it myself even though my lender would pay them a $300.00 fee to complete the paperwork. I said that was unreasonable and they showed me the door. The parts employee seemed he could care less if I was there to buy anything. He provided the wrong part for my Jetta. What upsets me the most, besides provided the wrong part for my car (A Windshield Wiper, no less) was the indifferent attitude of both the saleperson and the cashier. They charged me $17 plus, for one windshield wiper! You would think at those prices the customer should be treated like royalty! More
