Bozanni received the rating it did due to in the past few months, overall i have been more pleased with their service department than the service department where i initially bought my 2010 Jetta Sportsw few months, overall i have been more pleased with their service department than the service department where i initially bought my 2010 Jetta Sportswagen TDI. When I first came to the Bozzani service department it was due to i needed my TDI serviced "NOW" and couldn't risk driving it to my usual dealer. Charles, Ruben, and Jesse have been great advisors and a relationship of trust/honesty (something i haven't seen at too many dealerships). The customer relations are wonderful; everyone knows me when i arrive. Above all, if Ruben can deal with my nephew (i made the mistake of sending in my place a couple of times), Ruben can handle any sort of customer. :-) More

I brought my Tiguan in for inspection before my three year warranty expired. They found a gasket that needed to be changed, which they fixed under warranty. It took a while to get the part, so I had to l year warranty expired. They found a gasket that needed to be changed, which they fixed under warranty. It took a while to get the part, so I had to leave the car there. They provided a car for me to use, very conveniently. Jesse was friendly and informative, keeping me informed about what was going on. Although the repair took longer than expected, they went out of their way to find a problem that was "asymptomatic" and fix it under warranty. It would have cost thousands of dollars to repair had they not found it. I am especially pleased with Bozzani, as I did not buy my car from them, having purchased it in Wisconsin before moving to California. They treated me just as they would someone who bought their car from them. More

Hello, I am not going to go into a long list of comments as it is late and I did complete an inquiry from VW recently. That said ,I have read some of the other reviews and they pretty much express mine. Re as it is late and I did complete an inquiry from VW recently. That said ,I have read some of the other reviews and they pretty much express mine. Reviews are best when they point to some area for improvement. However I can not think of an area that was not perfect. Samantha was also most helpful in an area not inquired about, that is after sales service. We have called her twice with questions about some feature of our car and she was prompt and helpful with answers. Longer than I intended but I due ramble. Called in the morning on December 31 asked to make an appointment and they said to come on in around 2PM. That would be the best time because they had a smaller crew due to the holiday schedule. They took my car right away showed me to the waiting room offered me coffee and donuts. I was out in just under an hour for the 1st 10k mile service on my 2013 Jetta Sportwagen TDI. What more can I say! More
