His willingness to find someone right on the spot to unlock our tires was greatly appreciated. To top it off, he even got us in and out in about 10 minutes. Im paying 15.00 more a month than at what i was quoted at pasadena vw which was worse experience ever talk about total opposites .i will write reviews on them and i have facts and emails ,texts from them to support my review . Byron straight shooter then passed me on to dante g.m i was expecting bad outcome .and like they say dont assume .you know the rest... dante was straight knowledgeable even though he was 15.00 more a month he explained why.kept his word .the whole dealing process took about 15 mins.passed us to bill talk about a pleasant person who looks like he really knows and likes his job. Im a classic chevy guy .never cared for vw much .but i can honestly say they grow on you .thank you guys !!!! This was truly a win situation for everyone.our business stayed in our city, of course you guys, my wife got her beetle, i inherited my wifes 7 series bmw. Great Service Made an appointment for a 10K service and requested a loaner from David. I did not purchase my Touareg from this dealer but he still reserved one for me. My service advisor was Reuben, he did all the things I instructed regarding the tire rotation. I was completely satisfied with the professional attitude and friendliness of the whole service team. I would have rated excellent on all areas except I did not get a detail report like brake percentage or detailed work report done on my rig. More
Bozzani reinvigorated my enthusiasm for the VW brand I found Bozzani VW through Dealer Rater after two very unsatisfactory experiences at Santa Monica VW (where I purchased my VW) as well as Downtown VW I found Bozzani VW through Dealer Rater after two very unsatisfactory experiences at Santa Monica VW (where I purchased my VW) as well as Downtown VW of Los Angeles. From the moment I spoke with Charles in the service department, my mind was at ease about the service my Golf R needed due to a service bulletin. Charles answered all of my questions related to the service process, he was patient as I explained my experiences and vehicle situation thus far, and he was beyond flexible with scheduling and he offered me the use of a loaner vehicle before the thought had even crossed my mind; something neither of the previous two dealers had ever offered. When I arrived at Bozzani to drop off my Golf R, Charles had all my information in his system already, and the loaner was standing by. I was assisted immediately and was on my way before I knew it. Charles kept me updated throughout the repair process, and most importantly he ensured that the parts were available to the dealership before I brought the vehicle in for service...something other dealerships had neglected to do which resulted in a waste of our collective time. In fact, Charles saved me an additional trip for service by performing the annual service on my VW just a little early. Another above and beyond way he made this the best service experience at VW or any previous dealership I've visited. When I picked my car up, it was washed and right out front waiting for me. I felt like I was picking up a new car all over again! I had the opportunity to meet Chris, the tech who replaced the coolant pump as advised by the service bulletin, and Charles walked me through the paperwork that described everything that Chris had done while the car was in their care. I drove 30 miles, past several other VW dealerships, to patronize Bozzani VW. After experiencing their exemplary service first hand, I'd gladly drive 100 miles to do it again. I'm not saying that Bozzani wrote the book on dealership service, but they should. A+, 10 out of 10, all of the stars. Thank you Bozzani VW for reinvigorating my enthusiasm for the VW brand! More

I sent my email request to 30 dealerships throughout Southern California. YES! 30 dealerships. Only 14 dealers replied with a quote. Of those 14 Jay Janadi at Bozzani quoted me the lowest no haggle price. It was a no brainer as to which dealership was going to get my business. Once I met Jay in person, he made the whole car buying process quick and easy. I was thrilled with my purchase so I couldn't help but to post a great review on Bozzani's Facebook page and I even posted my purchase on my personal Facebook page. I can't stop raving about my purchase I even got on here to share my experience with anyone else who needs help deciding on which Volkswagen dealer to work with. Killer Deal I was car-shopping online, just to see what's currently out there. I found a deal at Bozzani that made me consider the 2012 Volkswagen Jetta SE. It ha I was car-shopping online, just to see what's currently out there. I found a deal at Bozzani that made me consider the 2012 Volkswagen Jetta SE. It had a panorama sunroof, leather seats, Bluetooth... the full package. Finally a car with all the "new" amenities (previously owned a 2006 w/o any cell phone connection) and perfect for my 2 dogs since I can just keep them in "trunk" and no longer worry about my backseats being dirty and hairy. I did some quick research on pricing and their price was so good I got in my car and drove the 1:45h drive across LA in TRAFFIC!! When I got there it was reduced another $1000. I walked out that night thinking I could maybe do more research and find a better deal, but I didn't. So I went back the next day. My car is amazing. It came with a 2 year bumper-to-bumper warranty because they only have VW on the lot that are certified. Jay helped me the day of the purchase but his internet counter-part did the night before. All were very friendly and accommodating. I told them what I wanted my monthly car payment to be and they were able to find me the right financing and got me even lower. The only complaint I would have is that they call and email you quite a bit after your purchase to make sure everything is okay. But that's not a bad complaint to have ;) To be fair, I did get a few extra calls since I didn't have all the paperwork with me the day of the purchase (lost my license 2 days before). Thanks for my awesome car! I already have a service appointment set up for a few months out (they do that automatically for you).
