LOVE BOZZANI VW I honestly can't say enough good things about this particular VW dealership... When I went to buy my VW Jetta almost 6 years ago, I had really done m I honestly can't say enough good things about this particular VW dealership... When I went to buy my VW Jetta almost 6 years ago, I had really done my homework on the car I wanted to puchase, right down to what each package offered in detail. I went to Bozzani first to get my feelers out. Everything went well, but I still wanted to see what other dealerships (I don't mess around when it comes to money; I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay.) My next stop was another VW dealership. Let's just say I called them on their bluff uring the negotiation process. I don't know about you but I don't have time for BS! So, I went back to Bozzani to buy my car. Ever since then, I have always driven out of my way to have my car serviced at Bozzani. The employees are polite, professional, and honest--they've even told me when I don't need a particular service! Rick, Ruben, Charles, and Jesse truly are class acts! Not to mention their facility is always clean and comfortable whenever I wait on-site to have my car serviced. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service, which I've used several times. Bozzani is an overall top notch dealership! More

I'm new to the VW club I recently purchased my VW from Bozzani, and love the car so much! I went in for my first oil change service and left headlight change. I was helped b I recently purchased my VW from Bozzani, and love the car so much! I went in for my first oil change service and left headlight change. I was helped by Charles and it went great. I was in and out within less then an hour. The location is great, there is a Starbucks, Jack n the Box even an IHOP within walking distance. So you can grab a bite to eat while waiting for your car. I took my daughter and they were sweet to her offering water and candy. I will def come back for future services. More

My Passat in for a recall Sometime n early October I took my Passat to ahve a recall performed after waiting for parts to be avaialbe. I am happy to say that when I called to ask if parts available to do this, the service department adviser schedule me in immediately without hesitation and delays. It did not take long for the repair. I was picked up by their curtsy shuttle later that day to go get may car. The Service Advisers are good people and very friendly. B More

Great, timely service! I called a few days prior and made an appointment there at Bozzani. The morning I dropped the car, Ruben came out to greet me; very professional. I I called a few days prior and made an appointment there at Bozzani. The morning I dropped the car, Ruben came out to greet me; very professional. I informed him that I had my toddler with me and if they could kinda put a rush on my service at which he noted they would do their best. He also informed me of local eateries and the waiting area. After eating at a local eatery, we returned to the dealership and hung out in the waiting area, which happens to be very "Kid Friendly!" While waiting, my toddler and I were greeted multiple times by managers and asked if I was being taken care of; again, very professional. In short, they had my service completed under 2-hrs, in which they found an additional issue while servicing it and took care of it. And we were off and running. More
