My husband and I called to confirm they had two Jetta TDI SE's in stock before driving for an hour with our infant son to buy one. Initially, we spoke with Jeff Dixon. He said he was in charge of internet sales. he confirmed they had two cars in stock and available. however, when my husband asked him to confirm they would honor the true car price, he said he would need to get back to us because both cars were out on test drives. He NEVER called us back. We then proceeded to call back and spoke with Rich who confirmed they still had two Jetta TDI SE's in stock and they had not been sold. when we got there we saw both cars. One of them Rich told us had JUST been delivered and was not even ready to be test driven. when we sat down with Rich to finalize things, we showed him the true car certificate. Initially, he said we would need to finance through them in order for the true car price to be guaranteed. When we agreed to do so, he said he needed to run everything by a manager. That was the last we saw of Rich. We were then greeted by Sal, the manager of sales, who informed us someone had "put their name" on the vehicle we wanted, and it was not longer available. He said that no one except for him was aware of this since he is the manager of sales. We told him that would be fine and we would be willing to buy the other vehicle in stock. He left, and approximately 15-20 minutes later informed my husband they were trading the other vehicle with another dealership and could not sell it to us. Again, he said no one else was aware of this, which is why we were told multiple times that both cars were available. we were offered no apologies or alternate options. When we called USAA to discuss what happened they confirmed that planning to trade a vehicle with another dealership would not preclude them from selling the car in any way. the whole point of true car is to eliminate these types of shady and deceptive tactics. This is my third VW, and I would highly recommend New Century Volkswagen in Glendale or Volkswagen Alhambra. Better customer service and they always honor the true car price without any fuss. More

Charles in service always greets me with a smile, a firm handshake, and a happy hello. He is thorough in his diagnosis of any issues I'm experiencing with my car, and he's always diligent in checking for any service bulletins my vehicle might be eligible for. Jehovah, the courtesy van driver, is a pleasant, helpful and cheery guy and he's very knowledgeable about the VW product line. If you have a VW, you should bring it here to get it serviced. If you're considering purchasing or leasing a VW, this is the place to do it. More

Great customer service! Went there Aug. 2014 to look at different models. Salesman was patient, friendly, answered every question even though he knew we weren't going to buy at that time. Fast forward to April 17, 2015, we went there to look at a couple different cars and the salesman (different guy from prior) treated us the same way. Explained everything in detail and made the process easy. It only took 2 1/2 hrs. for the whole buying process to be complete, which in my opinion and experience is quick. From deciding on which car I wanted to the test drive to signing the documents to being shown every nook and cranny of the car, the entire process was painless and everyone was friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealer if you are in the market for a Volkswagen or one of their pre-owned cars! More
