Detailed information regarding this disgraced dealer, Read in full I leased ID4 more than 15 days ago. While inspecting, I notice an empty bag. When asked if this bag was for the portable charger, the Sales manager asked the sales rep. The answer was, "This year's Model (Pro S) does not come with a portable charger, besides is very bad, better buy one on Amazon." The car window Sticker mentions the Portable Charger is included. Not a single reason why they cannot provide a charger. I sent Emails to General Sales Manager, Internet Director, and my sales rep. After a few emails and text messages, they promise to get one for me. Seventeen days pass, and nothing. I call their Parts Dept., and they mention that if I order before 2:00 pm, the charger will arrive the following day. Therefore is no excuse for the dealer not to send the charger for more than three weeks. On top of that, I specifically mention lease terms of 36 months. To my surprise, right at the signing, the financial manager said, " Oh wait, something is wrong" he trashed the papers and made new ones with 39 months. This dealer is a disgrace to honest families. Be aware, do not fall in love with any car in there; read and check everything. For sure, I will not deal with them anymore. More to come since we sale-back our 2019 Atlas and still no check, to be continued More

Worst dealship I've ever bought a car from. They don't stick by their word. They give you the run around, pass you from one employee to another with the hopes that you just stop calling them to hold them to their promises from when they were selling you on a car. They sell a "we are a family" vibe that is total BS. Unless they meant a TOXIC disfunctional family. I have a whole story with detailed information on why this is the worst dealership but they (VW and specifically Jesse, Nick, Corey etc.) are not worth the time. More
Horrible experience I had a 50,000 mile service for my 2012 Turbo Beetle. I asked for a complete safety check while the car was in for service. I made a point to ask that I had a 50,000 mile service for my 2012 Turbo Beetle. I asked for a complete safety check while the car was in for service. I made a point to ask that all belts hoses seals be checked. I was sent a video telling me my car was in excellent shape. A few weeks later my battery went out. Triple A was not able to replace the battery as it needed to be "reset" at a dealership. Back to Bozzani. I made an appointment and paid for the battery and installation. While waiting for my car I looked over my invoice. The mechanic had made some notes that concerned me. I walked up to Ruben Sandoval at the service desk and asked why there were items checked that were replaced three weeks earlier. Nothing major but I had just paid for wind shield wipers and new filters during the last service. His comment to me was "its a different mechanic" What??? He went on to say its nothing. and then took his pen and scribbled over the mechanics notes. What???? I then said how about the serpentine belt. Ruben (who had not looked at my car) told me it was nothing and just a different mechanic. What???? I told Ruben I wanted to talk to the mechanic. Once again Ruben told me it was nothing. What???? A wonderful young man came into the office. I voiced my concerns and he asked me if I wanted to see the belt in question, We walked to my car (with Ruben hot on our heels) and the mechanic pointed to the obviously worn out belt. Ruben tried to say it wasn't that bad. What????? The young mechanic held his ground and showed me the bits of rubber and the frayed area of concern. I could see it myself and I was shocked. I asked if it were safe for me to drive the car. He said no if the belt broke my engine would seize up. The repair was around $100 and took 15 minutes. This should have been noticed and fixed when I went in for the big service which by the way cost me $1,100). The battery that was in the car had not been installed properly and moved around because a bracket was not used. The mechanic pointed this out to me. Ruben Sandoval was dismissive of a woman client. His treatment of me at Bozanni Volkswagon needs to be reported to upper management. I need to take my car back and have a proper safety check done. I chose to have my repairs done at our local Volkswagon dealership . I hope someone reaches out to me and oversees the safety check of my car. Barbara Caplan More
