I typically am afforded the opportunity to use a loaner car, and the service advisors always keep me up to date on my VW's status and what it's estimated service time is. For short service visits, Bozzani provides a courtesy shuttle that I usually take to the nearby mall. Check out Bozzani VW and you'll understand why I drive 30 miles to bring my car here. More
