Left our window down overnight during up to 100 mph Santa Ana winds. Car was filthy inside. When I was pointed out, they made some attempt to clean it, but it certainly wasn’t as clean as when we took it in. Ana winds. Car was filthy inside. When I was pointed out, they made some attempt to clean it, but it certainly wasn’t as clean as when we took it in. At least they did give us a loaner car for recall repair. Which was more than the other dealer would do for my friend. The loaner car was close to empty with a red light coming on before we got home. Still waiting for the app to show that the software update and door handle recall repairs were done, but hopefully that’s just the app being slow to update. But at least the service needed dash notification was updated for once which many times they’re not able to do. They also never give an estimate for work to be done like a 60,000 mile service. Acura always gave an estimate when we dropped the car off. More
