I worked with Brandon Lopez in purchasing a Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat. I lived close to 5 hours away but he was one of two dealerships (of dozens) that actually followed up and took me seriously on buying my SRT Hellcat. He also worked with some of my restrictions and got the car delivered to me the day after putting down my deposit, even despite being 30 minutes from closing time. I do honestly believe he got me the best price for this car. Especially considering the protection and other safety factors included that will keep the car alive for years to come. I briefly read some of the other reviews regarding Brandon and personally that was not my experience. No complaints and still responds to me even after the purchase. Dishonest salespeople, horrible customer service, terrible service department. Sold me a Jeep Cherokee Latitude that’s a piece of junk. In September I came out of pocket to get my air filter sensor replaced.$900+ to fix my vehicle. I’m mad at the saleswoman Mireya Sanchez for taking advantage of my need to get a vehicle. I could have declined but I expected better from a woman salesperson. Don’t be fooled. They are not a good dealership. Personally I have bought 3 vehicles from the Covert family of dealerships and has had bad experiences. Never again. More
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! !! SCAMMERS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Had a 2012 ford focus get a transmission computer replaced and received a notice from Ford in the mail ex !! SCAMMERS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Had a 2012 ford focus get a transmission computer replaced and received a notice from Ford in the mail exactly a month later regarding the issue. States in fine print that any previous repair prior the notice would get reimbursed. Provided factual invoice from reputable business. Owner comes to this dealer to get claim started and the incompetent service rep by the name of Brittany Workman has us wait 2 whole months until we contact her again for an update. She proceeds to reassure us we will get an update a week later. A week later, her response is that they can't do anything due to "the car being too old." What does that have to do with the notice of service we were entitled from Ford?!?! If that's the case, what's the point of the letter at all? Guess what, a couple days later another response from her of... deny claim cannot verify with the shop? She has not ever contacted the business like she ever did care about handling our situation. She clearly knows there's an expiration on action of this notice and trying to prolong this so it leaves us with little to no time to resolve. Is this the service you want to receive from a dealer to represent in times you need help? AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! BUSINESS OR NOT, TAKE YOUR INTEREST ELSEWHERE, TO THE RIGHT DEALER THAT WILL ACTUALLY HELP YOU. ALSO CALL CORPORATE AND DONT BE AFRAID TO REPORT THESE PEOPLE. I purchased 2020 chey blazer I have been to this service department a few times and it always not a good experience. This last time made an appointment and was told to bring the car in today at 8 am. When I arrived he tells me that I will have to leave it 3 to 5 days for them to look at it. Why can't they set up a system where they tell you when you are making the appointment that it will take that long for them to look at your car.now leaving the car for 3 to 5 days just to look at it ,then the time to repair it you would think they would give you a loaner so you would not be with out your car for all that time.my car has 26000.miles.i would think they could find a better way to help their customers I have purchased 2 cars from their dealerships .Will be looking elsewhere in the future More
Let me explain my experience. This has NOTHING to do with the sales person who helped me! He was great and still is busting his xxx for me. Horrible doesn’t even describe what I’d like to say. These cars are supposed to go through an inspection when they get them. I bought a truck from them and had to wait for them to service it before I could take it home. On the way home the tires were squealing like I was doing a burn out? So I called new sales man and had to take back up there for the service department to figure out what was wrong. The tires were bad on it when I got it, so when they told me they were going to put more tires on it, I thought, great it’s fixed. They delivered to me and the next morning I get In it to go to work and the tires are doing the same thing!! I call my sales man and he’s shocked. He tells me that he’s going to take care of it and he’ll get back to me. So I drive all day and all day I’m getting more pissed about the situation. So finally I get a call back and they said that they want to replace the rear suspension? But the noise is coming from the front end? So I take it to a tire specialist with my mechanic and they immediately say that the tires that they put on are not in good condition, and the front end needs an alignment. I call my salesperson and tell him that I’m don’t trust their “service department” and that they give the whole dealership a bad rep!! I tell him that I will take it to an alignment shop and get it aligned and get the tires inspected myself because it seems like they don’t give two shiets about what they’re doing or their customers time that they waste!! So now after wasting time, losing money, and patients I’ll have to pay for a REAL mechanic to fix it. I also want to note that I paid for a warranty for my vehicle that covered the tires and they gave me used ones? The fact of the matter is that I don’t feel that my truck was ever inspected, and whoever passed my vehicle for their state inspection is trash! My fluids are low, my air filter is the original and dirty, and they just want to make another appointment so they can have it sit up there all day and not even look at it! It seems like they do this so you don’t even want to take your vehicle back up there! I feel like I got ripped off! If I didn’t know Who the original owner was of my truck I’d be asking for a refund!! I put 6k down on this deal and now have to spend more money to get it fixed because their inspection team isn’t doing their job!! Lastly, I asked the salesperson I’d the person who delivered my truck heard the tires and he said, “he didn’t hear nothing”. But he had plenty of time to move my seat and adjust the lumber support and turn on the radio? I hate leaving a negative review but I know covert has good people and I hope that this reaches one of them! More
