Apologies for the long read. But it must be read. I recently took not only my car in for warranty service, but also my wife’s. If I can offer a negative star I would. Hid But it must be read. This has been the worst service experience in over 10 years for us. I originally brought me 2022 in after I kept getting a battery going low indicator. At first they refused to replace the battery stating it was ok. I had to explain to them I just drove the car so of course the battery will test “ok” immediately after turning it off. I asked them to keep the truck all day and test in a few hours. They agreed after me asking multiple times and when they finally tested it, the battery failed. They did end up replacing the battery, but only after me having to ask them to test it multiple times. Why try to pass the truck off so fast? Additionally, after specifically asking if they check tire pressures (they said they would), they did not! This truck was in the “quick lane” for God’s sake, the people are supposed to check the tires, battery, brakes etc. For the 3rd issue I asked them to look at, They stated they would need my car for 5 days before they would look at this issue-even after I pointed them to the area of concern! I’m a very experienced tech and the only reason I brought my cars in is because they’re under warranty. My wife’s truck sat for 3 days without anyone looking at it. Why make an appointment if they aren’t even going to look at it on the day of your appointment? I don’t have an abundance of cars to choose from in my driveway to get me to and from work. I felt my family inconvenienced ourselves for no reason. We ultimately picked up her truck after they had it for three days without even looking at it! They did say we “might” be able to look at in 4 more days. Really!? Again-why make an appointment if it’s going to sit there for a week without being touched? This level customer service is truly unacceptable!! Management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to happen. We are not asking for anything outside of what is expected. Just do your job and try to act like you care. More

It has been the worst experience of my life with buying a vehicle! We bought a brand new Tahoe, and regretted using Covert from Day 1. The buying experience has been awful. From the sales team, to the management, it has been a complete and utter joke. Buying the vehicle was not that difficult, we knew exactly what we wanted, had everything lined up for them. They literally just had to deliver the vehicle. I told the sales lady, Mireya, to double check it over before it was delivered on a Friday, late in the afternoon, when it was raining. I said, with this being a brand new vehicle, ensure there is nothing on there that needs to be fixed. I do not want to have to bring it back. Covert had no problem calling us multiple times, with multiple sales people and management pushing the sale. It was very pressuring. We literally got off the phone with finance, and had a manager calling us, asking us if we were going to “close the deal“. Nobody communicates with each other. It’s absolutely awful! We did get the car delivered on a Friday, as promised. On Saturday morning, in the daylight, we inspected it. The stripping around the sunroof was completely ripped up on top. A big scratch in the back the bumper. A scratch on the door, where they tried to touch up with paint, that did not even match the car color! And multiple other items. Including drips in the paint. When I called Mireya, I was told they are closed on Saturdays, she’ll deal with it on Sunday. During this happening, I’m getting text messages from a manager, Bea, asking if I would like to come test, drive a vehicle. They would love to make a sale… They came and picked up the car on Sunday, and brought me a much smaller, very lower model vehicle to use in the meantime. We have been went back-and-forth with the dealership countless times. Speaking with Mireya, Kevin, and now Lorenzo. Nobody knows what’s going on. Nobody can give us an answer. They’ve had the car for five days, and nothing has been done. They refuse to bring back my Cadillac I traded in. They refused to give me a date of when my car will be finished. This has been the worst buying experience I’ve ever gone through in my life!! I don’t want anyone else to have to deal with what I have. Please avoid Covert Hutto at all cost!!!! More

I worked with Brandon Lopez in purchasing a Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat. I lived close to 5 hours away but he was one of two dealerships (of dozens) that actually followed up and took me seriously on buying my SRT Hellcat. I lived close to 5 hours away but he was one of two dealerships (of dozens) that actually followed up and took me seriously on buying my car. He also worked with some of my restrictions and got the car delivered to me the day after putting down my deposit, even despite being 30 minutes from closing time. I do honestly believe he got me the best price for this car. Especially considering the protection and other safety factors included that will keep the car alive for years to come. I briefly read some of the other reviews regarding Brandon and personally that was not my experience. No complaints and still responds to me even after the purchase. Dishonest salespeople, horrible customer service, terrible service department. Sold me a Jeep Cherokee Latitude that’s a piece of junk. In September I came out of pocket to get my air filter sensor replaced.$900+ to fix my vehicle. I’m mad at the saleswoman Mireya Sanchez for taking advantage of my need to get a vehicle. I could have declined but I expected better from a woman salesperson. Don’t be fooled. They are not a good dealership. Personally I have bought 3 vehicles from the Covert family of dealerships and has had bad experiences. Never again. More
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! !! SCAMMERS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Had a 2012 ford focus get a transmission computer replaced and received a notice from Ford in the mail ex !! SCAMMERS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Had a 2012 ford focus get a transmission computer replaced and received a notice from Ford in the mail exactly a month later regarding the issue. States in fine print that any previous repair prior the notice would get reimbursed. Provided factual invoice from reputable business. Owner comes to this dealer to get claim started and the incompetent service rep by the name of Brittany Workman has us wait 2 whole months until we contact her again for an update. She proceeds to reassure us we will get an update a week later. A week later, her response is that they can't do anything due to "the car being too old." What does that have to do with the notice of service we were entitled from Ford?!?! If that's the case, what's the point of the letter at all? Guess what, a couple days later another response from her of... deny claim cannot verify with the shop? She has not ever contacted the business like she ever did care about handling our situation. She clearly knows there's an expiration on action of this notice and trying to prolong this so it leaves us with little to no time to resolve. Is this the service you want to receive from a dealer to represent in times you need help? AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! BUSINESS OR NOT, TAKE YOUR INTEREST ELSEWHERE, TO THE RIGHT DEALER THAT WILL ACTUALLY HELP YOU. ALSO CALL CORPORATE AND DONT BE AFRAID TO REPORT THESE PEOPLE. WILL BE ESCALATING THIS WITH CORPORATE AS WELL!!! More
