I purchased a Z71 in September 2023. For the most part it was a good experience. Quick responses at first and they were ready with the truck as I pulled up to the dealership. Also, the sales process was quick and friendly and I love the truck. However, there is one thing that is a concern with this dealer. I bought a certified used truck and on the inspection papers it said the jack and tire tools were present. They weren't there, and I asked the salesman in 3 different messages over the next month to replace them. He said it would be taken care of each time but nothing ever happened. I've also emailed the dealer with no response other than sales requests. So be cautious that the certified inspections are actually being completed, and in my experience don't expect any service once the sale is complete. I purchased a Z71 in September 2023. I reached out about a car and was contacted rather quickly by text and email. I asked 4-5 times for photos of the car and never received more than just a single photo of the outside of the car. After a few days of asking, I was told the car was going to auction and could not be sold to me. Wish I would have been told this out of the gate and would have moved on to other options I am looking at. More

Apologies for the long read. But it must be read. I recently took not only my car in for warranty service, but also my wife’s. If I can offer a negative star I would. Hid But it must be read. I recently took not only my car in for warranty service, but also my wife’s. If I can offer a negative star I would. Hide your wives, kids and cars from this place. This has been the worst service experience in over 10 years for us. I originally brought me 2022 in after I kept getting a battery going low indicator. At first they refused to replace the battery stating it was ok. I had to explain to them I just drove the car so of course the battery will test “ok” immediately after turning it off. I asked them to keep the truck all day and test in a few hours. They agreed after me asking multiple times and when they finally tested it, the battery failed. They did end up replacing the battery, but only after me having to ask them to test it multiple times. Why try to pass the truck off so fast? Additionally, after specifically asking if they check tire pressures (they said they would), they did not! This truck was in the “quick lane” for God’s sake, the people are supposed to check the tires, battery, brakes etc. For the 3rd issue I asked them to look at, They stated they would need my car for 5 days before they would look at this issue-even after I pointed them to the area of concern! I’m a very experienced tech and the only reason I brought my cars in is because they’re under warranty. My wife’s truck sat for 3 days without anyone looking at it. Why make an appointment if they aren’t even going to look at it on the day of your appointment? I don’t have an abundance of cars to choose from in my driveway to get me to and from work. I felt my family inconvenienced ourselves for no reason. We ultimately picked up her truck after they had it for three days without even looking at it! They did say we “might” be able to look at in 4 more days. Really!? Again-why make an appointment if it’s going to sit there for a week without being touched? This level customer service is truly unacceptable!! Management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to happen. We are not asking for anything outside of what is expected. Just do your job and try to act like you care. More
