A little Covert History.
In 1909, Frank M. Covert, Sr., a real estate and insurance businessman opened the first automobile dealership in Central Texas. Three years later, his son, Clarence Covert, Sr., joined him to form the Austin Buick Sales Company, which became the foundation for Covert Buick, Inc., the oldest Buick dealership in Texas today.
Frank M. Covert Sr. was succeeded in the business by his two sons, Frank Covert Jr. and Clarence Covert Sr. Frank Covert, Jr. had one son, Dr. Frank M. Covert III, who chose not to join the family business and instead became a surgeon. He is now retired from the practice of medicine and resides in Austin. Great experience! In and out very fast and matched all my needs for pricing and product. Very friendly service! I couldn't believe the service in comparison to Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown. After submitting the truck I was interested online, my email address was flooded with dealerships interested in selling me a truck. Mark Relland (with Covert Ford in Hutto, Tx) was the only person to pick email address was flooded with dealerships interested in selling me a truck. Mark Relland (with Covert Ford in Hutto, Tx) was the only person to pick up the phone and talk with me. I consider myself old school and a hands on type of guy. Looking at a computer all day doesn't get me excited. I don't really like salesman either, but when i met with Mark, there was no pressure. He didn't try to put me in a truck i didn't want. It literally took me 2 hours to purchase and walk out with the keys. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Thanks Mark Relland. More

I went to covert hutto looking for an older chevy silverado. although they didn't have exactly what i was looking for they did have the right guy for the right job. Randy "Fish" Olfers was an outstan silverado. although they didn't have exactly what i was looking for they did have the right guy for the right job. Randy "Fish" Olfers was an outstanding salesman. he didn't try and push me into a purchase i didn't want and he listened to what i have to say. he was friendly and very very helpful. he took about 4 hours out of his day to help some 19 year old old met on his way out. although i did not end up purchasing from here, i would definitely recommend this dealership to friends, family and anyone who is looking for a ford or chevy. i especially recommend Randy, or Fish as he is apparently known. he went beyond what he had to do. 5 star customer service!
