I recently bought a used car from Covert Hutto, with the assurance of their 139 point inspection to ensure that my car would be good to go from the lot. I noticed issues immediately, returned the car to the dealership, and was assured it was repaired and ok. I picked up the car, noticed more issues/warnings from the car, which I immediately reported, and was then subsequently strung along until effectively ghosted by their team when trying to resolve this. I had it checked out and learned that the car needs $11,000 in repairs for things such as a broken coolant pump, suspension/bushing issues, alignment is off, engine mounts leaking hydraulic fluid, etc. MAJOR issues that were not discovered in their inspection process. I've called, emailed, and texted with no response from them. Ethically I don't know how they can sell cars like this. More
