Our purchase went smoothly, but we were very dissatisfied with the service department. It was kept for nearly 1 month after purchase and one of the issues is still not resolved. I recently bought a used car from Covert Hutto, with the assurance of their 139 point inspection to ensure that my car would be good to go from the lot. The salesman assured us that he would feel comfortabl assurance of their 139 point inspection to ensure that my car would be good to go from the lot. The salesman assured us that he would feel comfortable buying a used car because of that inspection process. I noticed issues immediately, returned the car to the dealership, and was assured it was repaired and ok. I picked up the car, noticed more issues/warnings from the car, which I immediately reported, and was then subsequently strung along until effectively ghosted by their team when trying to resolve this. I had it checked out and learned that the car needs $11,000 in repairs for things such as a broken coolant pump, suspension/bushing issues, alignment is off, engine mounts leaking hydraulic fluid, etc. MAJOR issues that were not discovered in their inspection process. I've called, emailed, and texted with no response from them. Ethically I don't know how they can sell cars like this. More

We came in looking for a truck but had to wait until funds were transferred to our account . Our salesman Carlos was extremely helpful and patient with us. For all he knew we didn’t have the money and c funds were transferred to our account . Our salesman Carlos was extremely helpful and patient with us. This Dealership used to be very good. They have helped out my family in the past for 3 cars for my parents and one for myself. So when I saw a used truck that was in my price range I did not think twice about going in. I came in on a Saturday when they were closed, but a sales man came out told me the truck was in service, and to come back Sunday to check it out and talk. I went in Sunday where I was told the truck was still in service to come on Monday. Monday while at work, the sales person contacted me to get paper work going to make it go faster. After work I went in the first thing is he showed me a Honda hatch back. I said no I'm here for a Truck. I started to leave he stopped me and said lets look for a truck. The truck that was still listed on there computer he told me it was in service. Then he said it was being delivered in the next couple of days. He went to talk to his manager. When he came back he told me the truck I saw on line that they had was going strait to whole sale and they were never going to have the truck in question on there lot. I think this was a pretty shady sales tactic to get people to come just to sale cars they were not looking for or want. On top of all that when he came back from his manager he started calling me by a different name that was no where close to my name. More
