Plum pathetic is all I can say. I inquired about a vehicle on cargurus, that is where it started. Then I contacted Covert in Hutto,Tx., regarding a 1999 Toyota 4 runner. Immediately like rapid fire 3 vehicle on cargurus, that is where it started. Then I contacted Covert in Hutto,Tx., regarding a 1999 Toyota 4 runner. Immediately like rapid fire 3 different sales people texted me and called me. The general manager was first. When I started asking questions, I got nothing but crickets in return. One sales man stated the vehicle was there and quoted me a crazy price of $7,000. I said $3,500 and he said, that sounded fair. Jeff said the vehicle was sold and not there however it just posted and I was told by another salesman it was there. It shows on their website and cargurus that it is there. Sad and very pitiful that a dealership does not know what in the xxxx they are doing and one hand does not speak to the other. There is a reason car salesmen are the most disrespected occupation per Gallup. More

I was in the market for a replacement for the Sorento on the left of the pic. I found this 2021 Telluride with low miles on Autotrader. I walked in 2 days ago and was assigned Deontae Cobbs to help me with the left of the pic. I found this 2021 Telluride with low miles on Autotrader. I walked in 2 days ago and was assigned Deontae Cobbs to help me with the purchase. I have to tell you, Deontae made the process so easy. He took great care of me. He made sure my wait was minimal and pleasant. All the while he was professional and friendly. By the end of the day I drove away in the Tellutide. Great job to the entire team! More
My experience dealing with Chad at Covert was a typical car sales rep trying to create an artificial demand for the car and once I bought the car 0 May be negative 10 after sales service. Chad would respond to my messages even on a Saturday (this dealership is closed Saturday and open Sunday) after I bought the car does not answer My calls or respond to text. I would not recommend dealing with chad as he will act as if he is getting you a great deal and he is working hard to get you the car you want however once you buy the car he disappears. Never got my second car keys. Had some questions on some features and maintenance on the car never got a call back from Chad. Inexperienced sales rep who does want to sell you the car but not follow up or return phone calls after you bought the car. Stay way from Chad and Covert. More
Sales and management are nothing but liars. I am very disappointed with the horrible service I have received while purchasing and trying to receive my vehicle. I brought my vehicle on August 13, 2021 was told 17th and that it was going through an i received while purchasing and trying to receive my vehicle. I brought my vehicle on August 13, 2021 was told 17th and that it was going through an inspection it would have an oil change, washed, etc. I didn't receive it until the 26th. Mind you the first payment due 45 days out. I took it back in yesterday Sept. 10 because I went to the grocery store came out and it wouldn't start. I had to get it jumped, got it jumped the next day to get it to AutoZone. Where they found erosion around the terminal and said that the battery was bad when they tested the battery and there was erosion around it. Then got into the car to crank it and the maintenance due soon came on saying that the oil was at 10%. AutoZone charged the battery for me to get to the dealership. I arrived at 9 waited until 10:35 because I was told it I did the problem would be expedited. I left in a loaner that I'm in this very moment that has my stomach hurting because it was a smoker vehicle. I is very unpleasant especially when I have a 4 year child that has to endure the smell taking her to and from school. I called the dealership this morning to talk to service and they couldn't locate my car said it must be with make ready. Again I have a car note due on Sept 26 and I haven't gotten to really break in my vehicle the excitement of having a newer used car is far fetched. I just needed them to give me a battery and oil change yesterday and looks as though I won't receive it until next week. The only great service I got from the dealership with excellent communication skills and seemed to really care about their customers and empathize with them was the Receptionist/Operater (10 Stars for her). I brought her a treat for going above and beyond her call of duty. She is such a sweetheart and needs to be in management. I'm calling back today to get my car and get the battery myself. This was the worst purchase experience of my life. More
