Albert recently helped me purchase a 2019 Ram 1500 classic and didn’t kill me or kick me out in the process. He was thorough, and dedicated, even gathering information for me while I was away at a family funeral - And not to mention still accommodating and tolerant even when I would bombard him with questions several states away. Albert and Mark worked to bring in the exact Ram that I wanted from Temple, and continued to work with me after it arrived to have everything that I wanted aftermarket installed. Rusty in finance was wonderful to work with. He was patient, and understanding even though I peaked his anxiety quite a bit. Overall, this is the 4th vehicle I’ve purchased with Covert in the last year (Yes, I said 4th. Calm down, they weren’t all driven by me) And I will continue to purchase from Covert in the future, although I’ll be taking a break for a while (at least a few weeks). More
