Took my truck in for warranty and recall work. The first time they didn't have the parts, which is understandable. They were supposed to order the parts and call me, but never called. I followed up with them and they confirmed having the parts. I took my truck back in and after a couple of hours they told me they had fixed the last issue, but still needed to order one more part. They told me they'd call me when it came in. That was a couple of weeks ago and I have yet to hear from them. The people there are very friendly, but I wasn't impressed with the follow-up. More
