I was very disappointed in the service and communication. My service representative was non responsive and had absolutely no nonsense of urgency. Every time I would call, it went straight to voicemail. Rarely did I get a call back without having to call again for an update. When I was trying to file a claim for the work to be covered I was spoken to like my car wouldn’t be covered and I just needed to pay the $3500 bill and get my car off the lot or I would have to start paying a “storage fee”. The level of professionalism during a frustrating time was very poor. I asked to speak to a manager several times during this process due to the lack of communication during the process I will not be a returning customer and in fact, would not recommend anyone to have their car serviced here or to purchase a car from this dealership. Definitely lost a jeep customer. Could not be MORE disappointed in my experience. More
