While doing online searches for a new Ram, I found that Covert CDJR was one of the few dealerships that had ordered the vehicle I wanted, configured with the 'must-haves' that I wanted. He and another great guy there, Bernardo, along with other members of the the team worked up the details of the deal with me over the phone, and everything was ready when I got there to pick it up.
