While doing online searches for a new Ram, I found that Covert CDJR was one of the few dealerships that had ordered the vehicle I wanted, configured with the 'must-haves' that I wanted. This whole deal was done over the phone, as this dealership is 80 miles away from me. My salesman Michael Armani stayed true to his word, stayed in touch with me, and notified me as soon as it came in. He and another great guy there, Bernardo, along with other members of the the team worked up the details of the deal with me over the phone, and everything was ready when I got there to pick it up.
