I would be happy to leave a positive review, but I am unable to do so at this time. I have been in communication with this dealer for some time regarding the cancellation of the warranties that were incl unable to do so at this time. I have been in communication with this dealer for some time regarding the cancellation of the warranties that were included with my vehicle purchase. I was informed by the dealer that the bank would not approve my loan without these warranties, which I believe to be untrue. I am now attempting to cancel these warranties. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, I have not received a response. When I visited the dealership to complete the paperwork, I was informed that an expert would contact me, but this has not occurred. I am still awaiting assistance with this matter. More

This place is unprofessional the manager Bart is unprofessional. As long with all the employees, Dallas is been promising me things that he cannot keep since the moment that I walk into the dealersh unprofessional. He always trying to offend his customers they are lacking of customer service. I'm waiting for two months for a spare key. They promised me and even the manager doesn't have a way to help. They promised me so many things and each time when we go to close the deal, they act like they didn't promise anything until I walk out of there and they come running after me and say they can fix it then I found out they sold me a car with bad tires even though that my car is certified, they check it before they give it to me and they say the tires were OK but I noticed that the tires were very very old and I need to change them when I asked him about that they said they only need to make sure that I can ride home. This place is sleazy and it's the worst kind of dealership that you can ever go to stay away. There are better places. More

I just purchased a 2023 Challenger from Covert Dodge. I completed the purchase while overseas. They held the car until I returned. I took delivery of the vehicle sight unseen which might seem high risk but it was a new car, I have owed a Challenger before, and wanted to get a "last call " vehicle. I could not find any defects in the car when it arrived. It rides smooth, the engine pulls hard, and the exhaust sound is hypnotic. I am very pleased with my purchase. The sales experience could not have been better or easier. My salesman Josh was great. More
