When I bought my Certified Used Car I was told that I would receive 2 free oil changes. Two free oil changes on a $66K car sounded good. The first time the oil came due I was out of the area and paid to have it changed elsewhere. For the second oil change I returned to Covert. They changed the oil and did a free multipoint inspection. It took somewhat longer than expected but no big deal. I was told at that time that I had one more free oil change that would expire in August. In July I called to schedule that oil change even though my oil still has 32% left and was told that the oil change offer had expired. I asked why I was told August. They said the offer expired at 43,343 miles OR August 13th and that my car was at 44,737. I was never told that there was a limit on the oil change offer, they could have told me that 2,000 miles ago at the first oil change. So a 4 star rating on the first oil change because it took a long time, and a 1 Star on the second only because 0 stars is not available. This was my first really bad experience at this dealership. Sales was great, paperwork was quick and efficient, management was friendly. I was expecting to buy a Traverse for my wife there, but now will probably shop around more. Before this is was about relationships, now it is all about price to me. The relationship expired 1,400 miles ago as far as I can tell More
Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation and they broke my left front tire sensor when rotating my tires. They did not tell me about it but a day later I got a notice popped up on my phone that my ti broke my left front tire sensor when rotating my tires. They did not tell me about it but a day later I got a notice popped up on my phone that my tire pressure was very low and the xxxx tires did not have all the same pressure. Not happy at all. I took to a dealer in Fort Worth and said the tire is ok but sensor is not.. THANK YOU VERY MUCH COVERT. More

Had a truck delivered late Monday 10/16/23. Called back to make sure it made it. Only to be asked did you schedule this service. I was no my truck and me aren't communicating like we used too a Called back to make sure it made it. Only to be asked did you schedule this service. I was no my truck and me aren't communicating like we used too and it just didn't want to go any further. Lord you would have thought I was cousin Eddie. Then was told someone will call me back. After three days I called to check when they would possibly be looking at it. Finally after leaving 2 messages going unanswered. I got ahold of the receptionist who gave me my assigned service writer/ sales person. This is Friday 10/20 finally they answered their phone. The service person proceeds to tell me I'm on "top of the queue" next diesel mechanic up.! I had pretty much given up and called another dealership 50 miles away who could have gotten to it in three days. Which would have been today. To make sure we were in the same page I asked top of the Queue what's that mean in terms of time. Wanted to make sure that way I didn't have to have it towed to the other dealership. Her words Monday, Tuesday next week. I'm like that's fine. Totally good with that. This is the next Wednesday and the first call actually from there is to tell me I'm three to four back on the queue which when asked again what's that mean in todays covert land lingo. 1 to 2 weeks out now. From next up to Lord knows when. I'm paying $450 out of my pocket just to get it away from Coverts which is what you should do if you are reading this. If it's going to be a month tell people. Like it or not let them make their decision from there. When someone presses you just be honest. I know we're talking car dealerships but car salesman and service writers today give vacuum and copier salesman of the past a bad name. And I hope more people read up before taking their vehicles there. More

Service Dept not dependable with follow thru. Made an appt one week ahead, showed up and Serv rep not there. He was out with family but had not passed info along ….”deer in the headlights” moment. FRUSTRATING!!!! Part of my service appt included an insurance claim which Covert (Serv rep) had not followed thru on. Because of the hassle of changing my claim I did reschedule service and it was FINALLY completed. It would be very helpful to customers if Serv reps would AT LEAST change their voicemail if they were out. It took 2 weeks to make original appt for service because Serv rep (same one) was on vacation but his voicemail did not indicate that. I used dealership for all my service … oil change , flat tires, etc. This is not the first time I have felt like the dealership does not follow thru. They miss the details!!! More
