Service at this place is awesome! This is the only place to buy and service a vehicle. Staff overall is very helpful, service is prompt, if they find something that needs to be fixed, This is the only place to buy and service a vehicle. Cadillac went over and above to help me and my survey response to the survey did not reflect the great service I was provided. Every person I have worked with at this dealership has been great. I had to wait for a factory part that took over a month to be delivered. Once delivered it took no time to repair. "Jennifer Martinez" my Customer Service Advisor took such good care of me. She made sure I had a loaner vehicle from the time I brought the car in until I got to pick it up. I even requested I get an Esclade for the remaining days of my wait. She did what was necessary to get me in the brand new 2017 Esclade. What a nice car that is. She called me once a week to keep me updated on my car. The service alone will keep me coming back to a Cadillac. If you want just the very best in service request "Jennifer". What a blessing. More
Incredible customer service on the fly I called Daniel asking if he knew the coverage we bought on key fob replacement when we got the car over a year ago. Unbelievably he located the infor I called Daniel asking if he knew the coverage we bought on key fob replacement when we got the car over a year ago. Unbelievably he located the information I needed and texted the numbers and attached the document. He turned that in less than 5 minutes!!!!!! That takes good knowledge of what must be hundreds of coverage options available and a genuine customer service commitment. Daniel gets it done. I highly recommend you work with him. More

Excellent Customer Service I did not have a spare key for my car and when the battery of in my one key was about to die I realized i probably need to try and get one. What I thought was going to be a difficult and painfully long experience was made so easy by the help of Cory. I told him my situation and he immediately took care of it supply me with a spare key. I contacted Bradley looking for some help with who to go to for service. He got in touch with a service manager, Michael Capps, who contacted me shortly there after. We set an appointment and dropped my car off later that day. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Covert through Bradley and it has been a terrific expereince both times! With the extra help he has provided, Covert will always get my business. Great customer service like this is not easy to find. More

If this is the future of Cadillac, they are in trouble. Find people who love what they do. It makes a difference when they love their job..or at least feel blessed to have one!! More
