I own a 2017 Cadillac CT6 3.0TT. My Service Advisor, Ryan Gibson, is the best I have ever dealt with at any dealership! He goes out of his way to listen and take car of every request. He demonstrates that he genuinely cares about me as a client, not just a customer. Every person I have had the pleasure of working with at Covert has been friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Joe Joseph, the sales manager, sets an outgoing and friendly tone that he nurtures in an environment of mutual respect and focus on the customer. Worst experience ever. Do not come here I had to have my car towed in for electrical. No loaners available seems to be the company motto at this dealership. After getting the battery replace I had to have my car towed in for electrical. No loaners available seems to be the company motto at this dealership. After getting the battery replaced, the car was pulled around to me and the battery light was still on. I was about to pull the car oit whena service message popped up again. I let the service girl know and she took 10 minutes to inform me that the alternator was shot. They had my car sitting all day and couldn't figure that out to I picked it up at 4pm. Still no loaners to help... Shocker... So I was without a car again for the next day. Picking up the following day, I had to wait over an hour while billing had to call back and forth with people trying to get the correct invoice total. Total lack of communication and I will not be back. I will be spreading the word as to how bad this place is. More

Yes it has been a month but their professionalism and attention to get things corrected goes above and beyond. Today I received a call from Mr. Nathan Mackey who is in top of the case and demonstrated his desire to get my car restored. I also want to thank Ms. Connie Mathew and Mr. Jason Walk for their constant support and diligent attention to help me with this vehicle.
