I left a dealership in Marble Falls after being lead to them to by a salesman who just wanted to get me in the door. That dealership was horrible on the trade offer and then they didn't even have the vehicle that i originally went there to purchase. I found a vehicle online at Colvert and inquired about it. Chris called me up and i told him what i wanted to do and what i wanted for my trade. He worked that deal and the financing before i even stepped foot into the dealership. (The finance manager Armen Khachatryan found me the best possible financing!) These guys were great! This was the frist time in my life that i left a dealership feeling like i hadn't been robbed! In fact, even though I ended up buying a car from a different dealership, his professionalism and genuine excitement for me was apparent, and although he expressed his disappointment, he also continued to offer his support and expertise if I ever needed it. If Eric is a primary example of the kind of people Covert Cadillac employs, then this is truly a unique auto dealership, and car-buying experience. Since the time that I stepped into the building I already had a sales representative ( Mr Johnny Baker) waiting for me. He was very attentive with my car needs and was very patient with me. Since this was my first car that I buy on my own, I was very nervous! Mr Cory then came to the lobby and sat down with me to talk regarding options. He explained every single detail of how to purchase a car with such patience that I was very surprise that someone would take time to that. I felt immediate relieve and had so much confidence that COVERT CADILLAC was going to take care of me!! They found me a very nice car that fit me and were able to work with my numbers!!
