His relaxed approached with assisting the customer with a car purchase is great. I was expecting a pushy sales man and got the exact opposite. One of the many things that amazed me about him was the fact that he listen to me about the budget I wanted to be at on bmw 750 LI and that my credit wasn't a issue. I hate it when sales men try to get pushy about getting your credit to see if your a waste of time. When he couldn't get me to the numbers I needed to make the purchase. He gave my file to his manager Cory Rutherford who was just as amazing. He truly understood my budget and where my payment needed to be. Even thought I could afford a lot more but was not trying to be broke.Once we reached the agreement I did take a night to think the deal over. I texted Daniel and told him i was coming to buy the car. He had it cleaned and ready to go for me. Key Factors to why you should buy with Covert Cadillac. 1. Daniel Walsh - Treats everyone like they are a high-end customer no matter what your budget is. Very tech savvy so you can reach him anytime by phone or text. Best word to describe him (Lagniappe) a little something extra. 2. Cory Rutherford - Truly will assist with making the deal work, he actually comes out of his office to speak to you to help you bring the deal together. His goal is to get you in the car you want, not sell you a car you don't want. 3.Trade in value - They will meet you in the middle with your trade, will try there best to give you fare trade value. 4. Follow up -Everything they said they would do they did it. They make sure you are driving a safe reliable vehicle and if you are not they will make it right. 5. Finance Depart - Just as amazing - I made it very clear that they could run my credit but once and send me to one lender only. They did just as I requested and got me a rate at 3.24% rate. We as customer go in guns blazing because you feel like you have to fight for a fair deal. With Daniel and Cory this truly not the case. It was truly my pleasure getting to work with Daniel. Well Worth the Trip! Why do some people (like me) spend Sunday evenings driving to closed car dealerships, with our faces pressed up against dark tinted glass to try and g Why do some people (like me) spend Sunday evenings driving to closed car dealerships, with our faces pressed up against dark tinted glass to try and get a look inside a locked car? Why do we put off getting a new vehicle? Typically it is: 1) wanting to find that perfect car at the right price and 2) dreading having to talk to the sales person that is standing between you and the perfect car once you find it! I, myself felt this way, and put off buying a newer vehicle till the one I loved had over 200,000 miles on it, so it was time to put the fears and anxiety aside, and start the search. After looking online to widen my search results, I found that perfect car (2 hours away), so I put on my "big girl pants" and made that first call. I ended up getting Daniel Walsh on the other end of the phone and my apprehension lightened by the casual, no pressure tone in his voice, he was extremely helpful. First call led to the second call, in which Daniel took his time to answer all my questions in a patient, professional and, most importantly, down to earth manner. I then got a call from Cory Rutherford and we further visited about price and trade in value, at this point (site unseen), I felt about 98 % sure this was the car I wanted and the people who would help make it happen. They even offered to bring the car all the way to College Station to make it easier, however the next morning I made the trip to Austin and was greeted with the same friendly, knowledgeable service and hospitality, that I had encountered over the phone. . There were some bumps along the path, there might have even been a tear or two -- but they were good tears as at the end of the day I left with my old reliable car in their hands and a set of new car keys in mine! Definitely was a trip worth taking and I would highly recommend them, there is no need to put off car shopping any longer!! More

Working with the team at Covert Cadillac was a much better, relaxed process than any other dealership I have dealt with. After being in the market for a used truck for a couple of weeks, I finally found the right truck at Covert. Cory and Daniel were able to get me in the truck with the right price for the vehicle and for my trade all in an afternoon. I drove in from Houston to make the deal and everyone was very helpful and friendly from the time I showed up. They had the truck ready for a test drive and got me through the paperwork as quickly as possible. I highly recommend them, and will likely be back in the future. More

Car buying has never been our thing, we always end up with those sales guys who are like sharks and as we pull up to the dealerships they smell blood Car buying has never been our thing, we always end up with those sales guys who are like sharks and as we pull up to the dealerships they smell blood in the water and start circling. However at Covert Cadillac that is NOT how it was. From the time we walked into the dealership to the time we drove off the lot with our new car we felt relaxed and comfortable. We felt at ease and cared for, that the guys here wanted to get us in a car that fit our families needs,not just another commission. We worked with Bill and Cory and they listened to what we wanted in a car and made sure we walked off the lot with a vehicle that fit our needs and our budget! You guys are amazing and we will definitely be recommending you all to everyone we know!! More
