I had to wait for a factory part that took over a month to be delivered. Once delivered it took no time to repair. "Jennifer Martinez" my Customer Service Advisor took such good care of me. She made sure I had a loaner vehicle from the time I brought the car in until I got to pick it up. I even requested I get an Esclade for the remaining days of my wait. She did what was necessary to get me in the brand new 2017 Esclade. What a nice car that is. She called me once a week to keep me updated on my car. The service alone will keep me coming back to a Cadillac. If you want just the very best in service request "Jennifer". What a blessing. More

Bradley didn't have the exact model and color of sedan that I was looking for on the lot but he quickly provided me follow up information after my visit that identified several options that fit my ask exactly. Unfortunately, despite Bradley's amazing service, the practicality of the truck won out for my use case (despite my preference for a luxury performance sedan). The next time I am shopping for a new/used vehicle I will come to Covert first and ask for Bradley - and I will recommend him to anyone else I know shopping for a vehicle. More

Unbelievably he located the information I needed and texted the numbers and attached the document. He turned that in less than 5 minutes!!!!!! Jonathan emailed me back immediately and insisted I come look at the ATS even though they were closing in 30 minutes. I was hesitant, as I didn't want to keep them there after hours. I test drove the car, negotiated the price, and was out of the dealership within about an hour and a half with my new car. They do not waste time haggling and are very upfront on what they can and cannot do, thus not wasting your time. It was the best car buying experience I have had, which is saying a lot, since I am a tough negotiator. Every time I go in for service (oil changes) I am always greeted by Jonathan. It isn't just a sale to him, he genuinely cares about his clients. Joe was the manager assisting with the sale and he was just as friendly, too. He was keeping me informed throughout the process. More
