I am not someone who usually writes reviews but this visit to Covert Cadillac was absolutely fantastic and I felt I needed to share it. Our salesman was Gavin and he was absolutely fabulous! Professional, knowledgeable, and all the wonderful adjectives you can think of. He made the process feel fun and easy. He was so personable that I felt like I was speaking to an old friend. My fiancée and I were at the dealership from late afternoon until around dinner time and when we mentioned that we were hungry, he brought out a box of Round Rock donuts! I brought in my 13 year old card for a trade in, thinking I would maybe get about $500 because it had a lot of miles and mechanical issues. Gavin convinced his manager to bump it up to $750. I bought a 2019 Chevy Equinox and we got a great deal that didn't require any haggling or back and forth for price approvals. They made sure to detail it and fill it up on gas before we left. Our financer, Paul, was also amazing. He was very straightforward with all the options for warranties and protection. He mentioned that he thought he could get the rate lowered and would reach out to my financial intuition for me to see if that was possible. We were very satisfied with our service and I would definitely buy there again. Thanks for such a great experience! More

Dealership 5stars employees 10stars, Gavin was able to get me in to a 2016 Kia Soul with payments I was comfortable with. Listen I have bad credit and they fought to get me this loan and made it happen. We ironed out details and it was time to sign papers with Paul Fuque.
