"Best Salesman ever!!! I have been a customer of Covert Cadillac for approximately 30 years. The service has always been excellent, but when I bought a used Jeep for my daughter Chris Tropiano was above an Cadillac for approximately 30 years. The service has always been excellent, but when I bought a used Jeep for my daughter Chris Tropiano was above and beyond any service that I have ever gotten anywhere. My daughter has been very ill and needed a safe vehicle to drive my granddaughter in, so this was at a very critical time in her and my life. The vehicle went through Coverts program of mechanical inspection and repairs before I drove it off the lot. Chris kept in touch everyday and when unexpected problems happened, he made sure I was informed and it was addressed immediately. He even had it delivered to my daughter's front door in Fort Worth so it would be in time for her birthday. She cried when she saw it. Great thanks also to Chris's manager Everett Bradshaw who was also there every step of the way advising and authorizing actions. Next time I buy a used car I am calling Chris first and have told my friends to do the same. This was the most professional service, everything I was told was followed up on and taken care of quickly. I felt needs were not only taken care of, but were often anticipated and acted on before I could even ask or thought of it. Now that ladies and gentlemen is true service. I would give 6 stars if I could. More
