On the day I purchased the first car, I’d already been shopping around and planned to simply test drive a vehicle at Covert, then go home and decide among my prospects. However, after shooting the xxxx with these guys, I decided to make the purchase that day. Admittedly, I liked the car but it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. The deciding factor for my decision was the quality of the rapport I had built with sales reps the moment I walked in the door. A few months later, due to a series of unfortunate events, I needed another vehicle. This time, I didn’t care to go through the hassle of shopping around. I was under enough stress.
