I requested email contact only to prevent the high-pressure sales tactics I have experienced at other dealerships around the state. Josh communicated electronically only until I made the first call to ask some specific questions. He walked me through the dealership website and talked to me about options on the vehicle as I looked at my computer at my home. I researched and talked to dealerships in Houston, Austin, San Antonio and areas in between. This was the only one who never called me until I was ready to talk and knew exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle. There was frequent emails so I knew he was ready when I was and he always asked if he was emailing too much. Even after I purchased the vehicle, I had a business meeting that prevented me from coming to the dealership to pick up the new car. He had it delivered to my house and met the 30 minute window I had in between engagements. Porters were very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. My next vehicle purchase will be from this dealership and hopefully from Josh. More

For a couple of months we have been looking for a car to replace our 98 Ford Crown Victoria with only 141,000 miles on it and in excellent condition which we mostly use for highway miles, not for daily go-t replace our 98 Ford Crown Victoria with only 141,000 miles on it and in excellent condition which we mostly use for highway miles, not for daily go-to-work cars. So we were not in a hurry to find a replacement. We looked and drove the Honda Accord, Buick LaCross, Toyota Avalon, a loaded Lincoln. Then Floyd, my husband, asked me to look at the Cadillac choices. We thought they would be out of our price range. On Thursday morning, Bruce Benker showed me several different styles. At that time, I didn't drive the 2013 CTS because I thought I wanted the CUE system. I thought the ATS might fit our needs. Thursday, late afternoon, I returned to drive two ATS cars Bruce found for me. I wanted light exterior and interior colors. I brought the information home to share with Floyd. He decided to take Friday morning off to look at the ATS. After driving them, he figured they would be too small for our need. So Bruce suggested that we drive the CTS. We looked at the 2014 which had just arrived on Thursday. It had the CUE system which I thought I wanted. The CTS was a better size for us than the ATS. But it was more than we wanted to spend. Then Bruce found the 2013 CTS Luxury which had everything except the CUE system but was in our price range with the Cadillac rebate of $5000. During our test drive, Bruce explained how we would use the small screen for the radio, the phone speakers, etc. Ashley Porter also came over to talk about why I might not need the CUE system. I was convinced and bought the car. The CTS is so quiet, comfortable, and roomy. Bruce was extremely patient with us with all of our questions and having him explain again. He was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the car. This morning we went to pick up the car. The car was totally ready for us with the window tinting and the sunroof darkened completed. Bruce went through every "button" again while we were in the car, helped us set up OnStar, helped us program our FAV radio stations, helped us program our driving seats. This Thursday, Friday, & Saturday, we never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Bruce gave us all of the time we needed to make our decision. We are very pleased with choosing this car. Bruce said to call him if we ever have a question. We also liked the 4 year maintenance for oil change and tire rotation. We received excellent customer service! More
My husband and I had an amazing experience with Covert Cadillac and we have become lifelong customers after our first interaction. Our unique situation required us to work from Arizona over the phone and online with our sales professional, Joe Joseph, to find our new SRX to purchase for our new Austin residence. It was wonderful how available Joe made himself to help find and hold our vehicle in less than 24 hours. We arrived into town and came for a late night test drive that Bruce facilitated for Joe while he was out, which showed selfless team work at Covert. The next day we worked with Joe Joseph in-person and Jerry Hernandez in financing to get everything wrapped up and finalized. Joe ordered in sandwiches for us, got our car detailed and ready, gave us a tour of the service section of the dealership, and then spent a generous amount of time reviewing the car and all of its fantastic bells and whistles! It was a great experience. We left with a gifted Cadillac hat from Joe to my husband and we purchased a couple of Cadillac t-shirts. We look forward to purchasing more vehicles from Joe at Covert Cadillac in the very near future! More

He was there to offer excellent customer service and educate me on the options available. Not once did anyone give me the tag line "what would it take to earn your business today?" Mike explained my options for leasing very clearly and gave me good advice on the best route to go. Joe and Mike were extremely kind, gracious, and professional. What a terrific experience! More

I sought quotes for a few vehicles I had been watching online and while I may not have obtained the precise model I was after, I was guided to a model and trim that would make for fine alternatives. I went for a test drive of two vehicles: Cadillac ATS 2.0 Turbo Performance and a 3.6L V6 Performance. The first test drive is a testament to just how committed they were to making me feel comfortable. As a first time (American) luxury buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect. The test drive was on a highway. As we were going through the paces talking about features and functions of the car, another car got onto the highway. Suddenly something fell off its chassis, hitting the highway only to bounce off and hurl our way!! It hit the car I was test driving, no amount of following distance could have helped on a busy day. It was shocking to see the damage to the car when we concluded our test drive. The whole front driver's side light assembly was shattered and the worst thing to come out of Joe's mouth was, "well, I guess I won't be selling you this car!" Feeling terrible, I was kind of shocked I was asked if I wanted to try out the 3.6L. We went for a short drive and boy could I appreciate the difference in having the always-on power as compared to the spin-up of the turbo. There were only two Black Diamond (ext)/ Morello Red (int) in the lot and I'm glad the V6 was the one I test drove last. I took home a vehicle that is exciting, comfortable and freaking sexy to drive. I should also note that I also went in with financing secured. Joe asked for an opportunity to match/beat what I had. I figured it couldn't hurt to see what they had to offer. He sent me off to lunch and upon my return presented me with a few options - no pressure at all. Every member of the Covert team was courteous and friendly throughout the entire process and I have to say I feel great with the purchase I made. It is precisely the experience one of my best friend's described to me (his family buys all of their Cadillacs through Covert). More
