We want to clarify that we do honor programs such as TrueCar, Costco, Prior GM Owner, and Military discounts. However, these programs require specific qualifications that must be met and verified by the manufacturer (OEM) before they can be applied. This is not determined by the dealership but by the guidelines set by the OEM. Additionally, as a franchised dealership, we are required to adhere to the OEM's restrictions on pricing, which includes any advertised promotions or offers. These policies ensure compliance with our franchise agreement. We’re also disappointed to hear about your concerns with communication post-sale.
