most everything has gone well. I bought a certified vehicle and a week or two later the battery died. I had to jump my truck and drive 50 miiles 1 way and buy a $300.00 battery. This was allegedly check in my multi-point check for the certification. Don't think so. They also left the top plate off my battery. More
I purchased a pre owned vehicle at Covert because of their community reputation. I don’t think the AC ever worked properly. It was in the shop 5 times before the dash needed to be removed. Ive had it f their community reputation. I don’t think the AC ever worked properly. It was in the shop 5 times before the dash needed to be removed. Ive had it for 5 months. They were not able to fix it or allow me to trade the car in. Highly recommend getting a third party inspection. This cost me a lot of time, money and stress. Did not feel they really cared. More

Purchased a used Audi from this dealership, trusting in the reputation of the Covert name. They assured me any used vehicle is fully inspected and professionally looked over by their technicians for any is the reputation of the Covert name. They assured me any used vehicle is fully inspected and professionally looked over by their technicians for any issues and fix them before putting the car on their lot for sale. They told me word for word "You will have peace of mind of no issues buying from us" because I was looking at another similar Audi at another dealership. I trusted them but was misled. Sadly, this experience has been far from satisfactory and the after sale support for the issue was non existent and was flat out ignored. I was passed from the sales rep to contact Hunter who is the GSM. I tried calling Hunter multiple times and left messages each time, he never returned a single call or cared to talk to me. Don't even know what the guy sounds like. I was patient, I tried to have them resolve this for me for over a month. I had to resort to pursuing the matter legally in the end. If you are buying a used car from them, beware. Get a 3rd party inspection. I should have done this but was ignorant to trust them simply because of the name Covert. I was misled by their sales team and I know why now. I hope my story will save others from this costly mistake. If you are interested in hearing the story, you can continue below. After buying the vehicle, I discovered an issue that the dealership failed to disclose. The Audi is black and has a large front grill which is black as well. If you are not closely looking, you would not notice that the grill is broken all the way across horizontally. When I brought this up to them, they were quick to say that it happened after I purchased the vehicle. Yes they even went as far as to put the blame on me. When I provided them the car listing photos that they advertised online and on Facebook that you can see the broken grill, that is when they stopped responding and ignored me. I understand when buying a used car there will be scratches, possible dings, and some wear and tear on the tires/brakes/rotors. But to have a completely broken grill is something different that any reputable dealership would replace or fix, or at the very least disclose it to the buyer. I called the Audi dealership to get a quote to replace this broken grill. It costs over $5,000 for parts and labor to replace this grill from the dealership. I've attached a photo for better understanding of the situation (See Google review, cannot attach photo on this site). This photo is from one of their sales employee who posted it on the Facebook marketplace. I circled the part of the grill that is broken. It's very hard to notice unless you are specifically looking for it. This is why I did not notice it when purchasing the vehicle. Again, if you are looking to buy a used car from them, I hope my story will help you avoid a possible headache, unnecessary stress, and frustration. It's not a good feeling to have been uninformed about something and not getting any kind of support afterwords. More
