The salesmen were fantastic. Not so happy with the trade-in offer from the sales manager though. Offered at least 5k less than fair trade value on a 2020 Silverado LTZ with only Not so happy with the trade-in offer from the sales manager though. Offered at least 5k less than fair trade value on a 2020 Silverado LTZ with only 27,000 miles and the only body damage was a couple of door dings (offered 28k for trade). Overall great experience but be very weary if you intend on trading a vehicle. More

My son Brought my car in for an oil change and was told it would take 1- 1 1/2 hours so he waited for it. It took 3 hours. He was there from 2:30-5:30 after a long day of work and was doing me a huge favor it would take 1- 1 1/2 hours so he waited for it. It took 3 hours. He was there from 2:30-5:30 after a long day of work and was doing me a huge favor. If he had been told 3 hours up front, he would’ve dropped it off and gotten a ride home. That was very frustrating and unnecessarily took up his entire afternoon! It seems like everywhere is short staffed these days and we understand that but your service department needs to give a much better estimate of the wait time upfront so the customer can make the decision to wait or leave, right way. More
