Going Back for Things not Checked and Repaired The first time a tire sensor went out on my way home on the tire that was changed at the dealership. I went back and after another one and a half hour The first time a tire sensor went out on my way home on the tire that was changed at the dealership. I went back and after another one and a half hours of waiting was told that they didn't have the sensor in stock. The second time I ended up with oil smudges on my seats. The check sheet had all check marks in the green. When I return to my house and pull up in my driveway a nice gentlemen stopped to tell me that one of my rear break lights wasn't working. So they didn't check my lights either. Now I wonder if they even checked my filters or anything else. Went back and the service manager fixed the break light for free. Yes, my car is 10 years old, but I bought it at this dealership and have been a regular customer for these 10 years. If they don't want to work on it any more they can refuse it. But until then, I expect them be honest on the work they perform, which they are NOT. More

Great Customer Service! I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Mark to purchase a brand new vehicle from Courvelle Toyota this May! He was able to get me everything I wanted I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Mark to purchase a brand new vehicle from Courvelle Toyota this May! He was able to get me everything I wanted in this vehicle in one day! 6 + months later an unfortunate circumstance occurred requiring service. I was very fortunate to have Patrick, whom provided the BEST customer service, in the service department. He fixed an error of someone else’s in his department very quickly and without hesitation with true professionalism! I will gladly continue to drive 20-30 mins out of my way to have my vehicle serviced by Courvelle Toyota! Thank you again Patrick! More

Toyota is all I’ve ever drove.. Been driving Toyota’s for 32 years. It’s just a thing I got and can’t get past them to drive anything else.
