Went to look at 2 vehicles. Both were not available because employees were driving them. Was told by manager the vehicles would be back tomorrow and I could come back to look at them. Seems like a business that makes money from selling jeeps would have the employees bring them back so a potential buyer could test drive it. Especially after driving a good distance to view the vehicles. Landon was great and apologetic, however the manager could care less. More

Their service dept takes a long time to get the work done. Around 3 weeks. I have used them for fleet and personal. When we complained the woman in charge of service asked us if we wanted it done right or should they just rush it through. After 17 days, rushing it through, is just ridiculous. I have 8 fleet vehicles (jeeps) that I have taken there in the past. Each time is a long wait and often times have been told are nothing is wrong. Surprising since another Jeep dealer in Ashland was able to find the issues. I will never go back there for personal or fleet. We will just drive a little further to get treated properly. More
