Steve is so genuine and attentive, because of his pleasant and friendly nature it was a joy to hear from him and I looked forward to each of our meetings. His focus and participation, input and point of view was so helpful when making decisions on which 2013 Toyota Rav4 to select. He truly understood the mixed emotions I experienced and was so supportive. I am so glad we met, he made this experience what it was. Outstanding! More

Had been to couple of dealers in person to enquire about my new Rav4 , but the price was not convincing to me . Reynold was the one who came up with a quote and initiated a meaningful conversation regarding the price that I had in mind . J.R Reynold was polite/friendly and was paying attention to what my requirement was in terms of price . He worked through with his team and finally got me within my range . Really appreciate his follow-ups which is one of the key qualities of a sales person Would like to thank J.R. Reynold for trying to engage and accommodate his customers at ease. Starr, is an excellent sale person. I was shopping for an Avalon XLE Touring and visited several Toyota Dealerships much closer to my home. I never liked shopping for a new vehicle due to pushy sales people. I decided to visit Courtesy Toyota after looking at their website, Starr called me the next day and I was NOT very nice to her at first and told her I didn't like pushy sales people, if I needed her assistance I would let her know. She let me look and left me alone. I did have some questions, she answered them and NEVER once was pushy. I warmed up to her and began to feel more comfortable with the whole sales experience. She gave me the bottom line, didn't waste my time, answered my questions. gave me my trade-in value and was very friendly and patient with me. I began to warm up to her and felt myself getting excited. I had a few other dealership call me and offered me deals stating they could beat anything Courtesy offered. I did not think of Star as a " car sales person" rather I thought of her as a friend, she won me over, and I am loyal to my friends. It did not matter what the others could offer me, my loyalty belonged to Starr. I love my Avalon. Thank you More

I was in a difficult situation with having credit in repair, no money to put down, and limited wiggle room on my car payment at that time. I made it clear from the get-go the situation that I was in, in an effort to not waste anyone's time. Steve was confident that he could help me, and I could feel that he was being genuine through the phone. He did not try and up sell me on a car that would put me in an uncomfortable situation. He listened to what I needed, and where I could budge and narrowed it down to one definite and one potential car "candidate." He worked pretty intensely with Lam in trying to work it out to my advantage, and then put me in touch with him so that we could work one-on-one. What a team. Steve made me feel like I was being taken care of, and Lam made me clear that he was pushing as many buttons as humanly possible to get a deal worked out within my guidelines. And now...I'm a proud owner of a 2013 Toyota Camry. Thanks to the whole team; great crew. More
