Great fast service for my car I dropped my car off for service on Wednesday evening for service. Angela, my service provider was able to ensure I got loaner car and was on my way. The parts were onsite which helped to ensure my car was ready the next evening. The loaner was no charge. Bum truly grateful!! More

Tire pressure alert We purchased our 2018 Avalon from Courtesy so when the tire pressure alert come on we called & were told to bring it in. Roberto informed us there was We purchased our 2018 Avalon from Courtesy so when the tire pressure alert come on we called & were told to bring it in. Roberto informed us there was a nail that had gone through to the shoulder of the tire so we needed to replace it. Their records didn’t show our full extended warranty so Roberto called & was informed the tire is covered. He ordered the tire & changed it & we were on our way within a couple of hours. Great service! More

Came in shopping for new vehicle and brought up used vehicle with 6000 Miles on it and dealership would only give me $500 discount for being used. Incompetent using computer to get car pricing. Rude. Keep telling me to hold off on any questions. Price continuously changed and final price was hidden till I checked out at finance. Finance person very rude when I questioned charges (Aaron). Took 7 hours to purchase car and get out of dealership and I was paying cash so no finance questions or reviews needed. Will never purchase vehicle from them again. Should have learned my lesson when previous vehicle from same dealership purchased in 2006 and had 8 recalls and service center sucked. Have since called Aaron to find out tag renewing on my deceased husbands birthday and not mine when I am the only title owner of new vehicle purchased. Will see if he ever calls me back More
