Very bad customer service I went for a simple 5k first service (this service doesn’t even include oil change) on my 2018 4Runner TRD off road. I requested a ride to the mall I went for a simple 5k first service (this service doesn’t even include oil change) on my 2018 4Runner TRD off road. I requested a ride to the mall (5 minutes away from the Dealershi). They make me wait 2 hours before the shuttle arrived. They keep on lying about the shuttle arrival time. They use lame excuses such as they are busy, it’s Saturday, traffic is bad, etc. The true is that one of the driver was on vacation and they send the only one driver they have an hour away from the dealership to drop off a single costumer. They were unapologetic and rude. No comming back to this dealership ever again More

Get it together, Service Department! Knowing I’d likely have the opportunity to write a survey, I took notes for this visit. I made an appointment for the 5,000 mile ToyotaCare checkup Knowing I’d likely have the opportunity to write a survey, I took notes for this visit. I made an appointment for the 5,000 mile ToyotaCare checkup after receiving a reminder email from the dealership. When I made the appointment I requested a courtesy vehicle. I arrived at the dealership expecting a bit of craziness as the site is under major construction. From the time I pulled my car into the service area, I spent 13 minutes standing beside my vehicle, waiting to be greeted. Finally a service advisor came over, got the pertinent info, then told me I’d be unable to use a courtesy vehicle since my auto insurance wouldn’t pay for it. This was not a good experience, and every bit of the negatives could have been avoided if the dealership would have called after I made the appointment, and if someone would have greeted me promptly upon my arrival. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they were quick to address the bare essentials of the maintenance I requested. More
