Finance nightmare I walked into Courtesy Toyota to review options for a pickup truck and was shown a 2016 Tundra with 4000 miles. All went well with the sales and I lik I walked into Courtesy Toyota to review options for a pickup truck and was shown a 2016 Tundra with 4000 miles. All went well with the sales and I like the Tundra. I would never recommend Courtesy because of the Finance Deptartment and thier Deceitful Practices. I dealt with Lazarus. I mentioned financing through Suncoast Credit Union. He tried to put my loan with a bank at 6.7%. I again repeated that I am a long member of Suncoast and that is where I want the financing. Further, Suncoast approved me with 4.5% credit. He showed me that Suncoast name was on the document. At which time he left the room and returned with more documents. I now know he switched the document I was originally shown. I caught this the following day and personally went back to him. He assured me that it is with Suncoast. I checked with Suncoast several times in the following two weeks, they never received the package. I was told by Suncoast to go and demand it be completed before thirty days.I returned again and Lazarus was rude and short telling me to wait for the package to arrive at Suncoast Credit Union. Obviously Courtesy places the loan where they can receive incentives. Today I spoke with Lindsey Biswas the finance manager and she informed me there is nothing she can do... Be cautious signing where they point there fingers for you to sign. It was after 10:00pm and I trusted signing where Laz was showing me.... Never again will I trust without thoroughly reading. These guys make it hard for all dealers. More
