Class "A" customer relations I was very impressed with: 1. The cleanliness of the dealership (from the waiting room, to the garage, to the washrooms and the children's play area. It's obvious that these people take pride in cleanliness and I for one, am very appreciative. Especially when I am accompanied by family members.) 2. The fact that customers are provided with a viewing area from which we can watch our vehicle being cared for. 3. The fact that my vehicle was returned to me with no grease or dirt that was not there when I turned my vehicle over to the dealership. 4. A name and number were provided to allow me a person to contact while my vehicle was being cared for. 5. During every part of my experience all employees, from the valets, to the service counselors, to the mechanics, were very professional and friendly. This I valued above all else. Thank you James Kim and the entire staff at Courtesy Toyota. The only minor suggestion I have is to decrease the waiting time. From start to finish it took 2 hours to have 1 flat tire removed from the rim, my new tire (provided by me) installed, balanced and mounted. The spare returned to its bed beneath the cargo area.
