Long wait time with an appointment The service department always takes great care of me. Today was unusually busy and then wait time was very long just to check in then two and a half h The service department always takes great care of me. That goes above and beyond. I do understand bottlenecks. The adviser was friendly and helpful yet still a little wet behind the ears LOL I also like the fact he did not beg to get the survey taken.
